Kaylin T. Johnson

A writer, poet, athlete and photographer CEO & creator of KJFotographyy (spelled wrong on purpose!) located in New York City. Capturing stories through a city that never sleeps from models, entertainment events, sporting events, etc.

I take pride in working hard in the craft of being a excellent photographer ,but also working with  people who enjoy being in front of the camera creating stories. Being able to share their dreams, goals and inspirations.

Who am I?

I attended SUNY Morrisville State College where I graduated with a Bachelors degree in Journalism & Communication for Online Media with a minor in photography. Developing a diverse set of skills that enable me to apply my creative talents to several forms of story telling.

Whether through journalistic writing, photography, poetry or social media, I try to bring a passion to my work. Where I want to make the subject or client that I work with comfortable enough to be themselves and be free to make the best decisions to make the picture that they want  perfect.

I got into photography after I graduated, it was something about having my own camera and being able to share my ideas, and be creative. Growing up I didn't have a skill for art, but when learning about photos tell different things I jumped head first. Working and practicing on becoming a professional with the essential tools.

My work reflects and 'Athletic' mind. I have been able to work in many different industries, learning the skills in photojournalism, public relations, event planning and sports information.
