Agreement Overiew
This agreement contains the entire understanding between Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy) and the Client. It supercedes all prior and simultaneous agreements between the parties. The only way to add or change this agreement is to do so in writing ,signed by all the parties.
CHANGE OF DATE OR VENUE (NO CANCELLATION FEE)
Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy) must be notified immedialety of any changes in schedule or location, at least within 24-hours prior to the scheduled session or date of event. Noitification of any changes can be made by phone or email. It is the client's responsibilty to confirm all arrangements at least within the 24-hours prior to the session/event. In the event of change of address or contact information (time, etc) as listed, you must notify Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy).
COPYRIGHT
Title (possesion) of photos remain with Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy) until client has paid in full before, after or during session/event.ALL photos by KJ Fotographyy are signatured stamped, but Clients will be able to use photos for their own purposes via internet, social media etc. They will recieve email or CD/DVD of photos for their own liking if requested with retouches in black & white or color.Prints of photos are not required.

This is a contract for personal photography services to be provided by Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy). You agree to the above amount and below terms and conditions.
The undersigned hereby acknowledge that they have recieved, read, and understand Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy's) current price list.

I kindly ask that you get in touch with me two weeks prior to the date of your event or session. To touch base and go over ideas, location and last minute details. I will make every effort to contact you, but it is the clients' responsibility to contact me and confirm all sessions/events and times.

Permission is herby granted to Kaylin Johnson (KJ Fotographyy) to use images created under this contract for professional display, portfolio, website, social media and any other purpose.

I, Kaylin Johnson owner of KJ Fotographyy, will promise to retain all images and provide all initial edits of photos to clients' black & white or color either by email or CDs/DVDs. The Client has permission to use the photos once paid for before, after, or during session/ event to their own liking on internet, social media, etc with agreement to give all credit to KJ Fotographyy.
